Well done to all those that helped out at the work party last Saturday. Lots of good work completed.

A belated Happy New Year to all at MBSC. It has been great to see some 

activity at the Club over the last couple of months, even though 

sailboat racing doesnt start until next month. Some hardy kayakers

 have been out, some even more hardy swimmers have been out

 (even when air temperature was below freezing!), and a good number

 of members have been bird watching thanks to Kenny Hobbs enthusiasm.

 At the time of writing, I am looking forward to listening

 to a birding talk from a local expert on Sunday 16^th.

 

The 2025 Programme has been finalised and is looking good. 

The Club Handbook will be sent out soon along with your 

membership renewal invoices, but it is worth looking at the 

Programme  of Events on the Club website. In particular, 

please check if you have any duties. 

We have not (yet?) loaded the duties into DutyMan, 

as we are looking at a new package

called Sailing Club Manager. More on that later.
